      in its original packaging. Including all inserts and Watsons official receipt (original copy) or Dialcode
      sales invoice. All items must contain atleast 50% of their respective solution

  4. 4. How do I avail money-back guarantee?

    Step 1: 
    Call the Hotline below and secure your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
    from our Customer Service.

    Step 2: 
    Send the pack (refer to item #3) to Top American Products Solution, PO Box 1064, Makati CPO 1250 via registered mail. Customer will shoulder mailing expense.

    Please make sure to prominently write on the box the RMA Number given by Proactiv&trade Customer Service. Any package without a valid RMA number will be rejected and the refund will not be processed.
    You must mail the returned Package within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA.

    Step 3:  You have nothing to loose but acne!

    Proactiv™ Refund checks shall be sent to Customer through registered mail if ALL of the terms and
    conditions of this limited offer are met. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of
    receipt of the returned product.
